Here are a few flavorful resources for researching your next organic wine purchase. Not only is organic farming better for the land and toilers of the land, but also for you. Without the addition of preservatives, (there are natural-occurring sulfites in some organic wine) the hangover effect is usually curtailed when one sips wine made from organic grapes.
I’ve tried a few Chardonnays — Frey (bio-dynamic, from California); Frog’s Leap and Bonterra. The Chardonnay from Bonterra tasted the best to me, then Frog’s. I won’t gear near another Frey.
