I bought a reel mower that quit working after a couple of months; when I contacted them, they knew all about the particular problem I was having and advised me to clean the &quot;pawl drive/shim.&quot; So, they know the product requires extraordinary maintenance, but they just keep selling it -- and telling those who complain to fix the problem themselves! Of course, no possibility of warranty or return...
