I bought a reel mower that quit working after a couple of months; when I contacted them, they knew all about the particular problem I was having and advised me to clean the "pawl drive/shim." So, they know the product requires extraordinary maintenance, but they just keep selling it -- and telling those who complain to fix the problem themselves! Of course, no possibility of warranty or return... Steer clear! This is a miserable company.
