Crate and Barrel and its affiliates need to improve on the mass mailings they send out sometimes in double to the same address. Even after multiple emails, phone calls and in store requests I still get them. It is great that they feature some eco friendly products like dining sets and that their customer service is outstanding, but the amount they waste in sending out mass catalogues needs to be reduced or improved.
