I had placed an order was billed, and paid for my order and never recived all of the order. When I called customer service as well as emailed them I got no response. I will then be charged for the book that I did not receive sense I don't have a book to return to them. Then I had to go and purchase the book from the book store. So all of the money that I though that I was going to save I ended up paying double for. Don't order from this web site the customer service is a nightmare and you will end up paying more than you thought in the begining.
