Indeed...

"And the drink, which is carbonated, will explode everywhere."

So, from personal experience, a word to the wise -- do NOT grab one off the shelf, shake it up and try to open it in the store to enjoy whilst you shop. Results WILL be disastrous -- and quite sticky too. :-) (My deepest gratitude goes out to the Rainbow grocery staff that helped me clean it all up...)

May I suggest trying some of the fruit flavors, they're 5% fruit and 95% Kombucha, the strawberry and grape are delicious. I don't know about all the claims, but from personal experience Kombucha 1. gives me a nice natural 'happy-high' and I can not figure out why and
2. any bubbly-guts or other unmentionable intestinal goings-on, Kombucha gets you back to normal superquick

I have not tryed synergy kombucha yet, but I have tryed one called kombucha wonder drink. So far I have found and tryed three flavors. The one I recomend is asin pear with ginger.
The place I get them at cost $1.98 for (i think)an 8oz bottle!

I agree, Justin. I picked up a second bottle, this time Synergy's Guava Goddess, and although I sipped on it, it was finished MUCH faster than the first.

It sounds bizarre, but for as unusual as the taste is, it seems that you get used to it quite quickly!

I tried Synergy Kombucha recently too. It's definitely an acquired taste, but I really great after drinking it, so I'm going back for more!
