Yurts All Around

The freedom to roam, and stay so close to nature really appeals to me. A few years ago my good friend in Oregon bought 100 acres of mountaintop land and placed a yurt on it…she and her family liked the shelter so much, they now have 3 on the property. These circular structures, like the originals in Central Asia, are designed to be warm in winter and cool in summer. Check ‘em out:
