I bought a conversion kit from www.ampedbikes.com for $360 I use it to commute to and from work, the library and grocery shopping. I have saved about $900 in fuel prices in 3 months. E-Bikes are alot of fun and make me feel like I did when I was younger and on my bike all day long

Hey Adam,
It can be re-charged by plugging it in. And power can be regenerated pedaling. Check out the FAQ on their site, ohmcycles (link via post, above).

This is pretty cool! I'm curious to know how you charge it. Do you plug it in or is it charged by pedaling?
