The Watts up?.net electricity monitor plugs into any wall outlet via its 6 foot power cord, plug the device to be evaluated into the top of the monitor. The Watts up? will immediately measure the devices power demands. Left in over time the monitor will record the cumulative power use of the device. The .net model comes with its own web server for monitoring data over the internet and has a data memory of 13,000 records. Electricians can use the monitor to check wiring and outlets and estimate electricity costs for customers.
