thomas7_1.jpgMeet Thomas D. Mangelsen, nature enthusiast, incredible photographer, and conservationist. Walking into any gallery that features his nature and wildlife photography (such as this one in downtown La Jolla) is nothing short of breathtaking. As the founder of the Cougar Fund, an organization dedicated to research, policy intervention, education, and public outreach that benefits the preservation of this beautiful wild cat, Mangelsen has proven his dedication to conservation. His work is often auctioned on behalf of conservation groups, such as at the recent Black-Footed Ferret Benefit in Denver.
