Organic Holiday Cookies made from scratch are available for Christmas time, visit www.wildfloursbakery.com. I think they only ship baked goods in the usa though...

Additionally their slogan is, "Ending world hunger, One Bite at a Time", and are donating 10% of sales to Gleaners Community Food Bank and Other Charities...

The Cookies are just delightful, it is rare to find made from scatch, delicious Christmas Cookies and Wildflours has them. Check it out, also they care Gluten reduced and other organic products, cool place...

For the professionals in your life, CallWave Virtual Fax is a great eco-friendly gift. It lets them send and receive faxes from their computer, saving paper and energy. Plus, we're offering to plant a tree on behalf of all Virtual Fax PLUS customers through the end of the year. Here's some info: http://www.callwave.com/landing/other/plantATreeProgram.aspx

Whether or not to include kindle was a bit of a debate. On one hand, kindle's construction is not eco friendly -- a minus. On the other hand, as much as we love books, the idea of being able to download reading material when at the beach, or just about anywhere -- a big plus. Making reading more readily available won out -- if it induces people to read more, that's a net positive. We figured it would help save some trees and energy as well.

I'm disappointed to see you list kindle on here. Yet another hard-to-recycle chunk of plastic destined for a landfill. How about good old fashioned books, which are more and more being printed on recycled paper?
