		<description>I would presume that these buildings would be popular in northern states.  We&#039;ve all seen what hurricanes and tornadoes can do to a trailer park.  The idea of of a home built on steel supports may appeal to those in wetter areas, building on sandy soil or individuals not wanting or having the cash to dig and pour a traditional foundation.  You can also get these up quick.  Great for guest housing or an office.</description>
