Avalon Organics sells organic bath and body products as well as cosmetics. All of the Organics products that display the Consciousness in Cosmetics seal do not include parabens. Parabens are a category of preservatives used in many beauty care products, and are thought to be harmful to us. For a list of more preservatives that Avalon Organics excludes from their products, visit avalonorganics.com. They offer a line organic shampoos and conditioners which excludes harsh preservatives, as well as hair-stripping cleansers. Find more more info and products @ avalonorganics.com

I have a sensitive scalp- especially in the winter. It can be dry and itchy and that is NOT good. I have found that the Avalon Organics tea tree shampoo for sensitive/itchy scalp is really great. The smell is something to get used to, but after a few uses I came to like that too.
Surprised that you would pick a product line that uses oxybenzone and other synthetic additives in their products. They may tout organic on their label but the ingredient list leaves a lot to be desired.
