They sent me an item I had not ordered and after I returned it to them have still not refunded the cost to me 3 months later despite numerous emails and phone calls. If you're looking for their clothes try one of the "boutique" websites like Adili.com or Fashion-Conscience.com, who in my experience are extremely reliable. It's certainly put me off buying from Ciel again, which is a pity as I think their designs are very strong.
