Guns in National Parks – what’s up with that?

iStock_000004494041XSmall.jpgAn 80′s Ronnie Reagan-era restriction on the accessibility of guns taken into National Parks is coming under attack in the form of an amendment tacked onto a public lands’ use bill now being considered by the Senate. Breathe Easier With EcoCraft Cabinetry

EcoCb2.jpgIf you’re looking to upgrade the cabinets in your kitchen, and love to live eco-friendly and toxin-free, check out EcoCraft cabinetry. These products are created with finishes that are healthier than most other cabinet companies, made with sustainable materials and built to last.

Much of today’s cabinetry is a source of indoor air pollution. Plywood and fiberboard used to make most cabinets is held together with toxic, urea formaldehyde-based glue. Second, traditional finishes (stains, lacquers, paints) contain poisonous chemicals known as volatile organic compounds or VOCs. Both formaldehyde and the VOCs in finishes will emit fumes, or “outgas,” into the air. Some people may not experience acute symptoms when exposed to these emissions, but everyone is affected to some degree.

In addition to not polluting indoor air, EcoCraft uses sustainable materials and thus avoids contributing to over-logging and destruction of rainforests. Check out ecocraft.com to see some beautiful cabinetry and learn about their products and services.
