I’m sitting here in the wintry northeast pondering warm ocean breezes, crashing surf and lithe…

Billabong, as part of project Blue, has developed this fabric they call ‘eco suede’ a polyester fiber that is fully recyclable and made from recycled textiles and soda bottles. The eco-friendly material has been transformed into these stylish women’s boardshorts.
