Oh, give it a break, guys. remember when everyone was saying you couldn’t fly planes on biofuel? Things are progressing, biofuels do a helluva lot less harm than tar sands and shale to our environment at this point. Most anti-biofuels studies are purely speculative, along the lines of, if we do it this way, this will ruin the earth.
Well! As if oil hadn’t already done that!
Like to refer all readers to biopact.com for info on biofuels around the world, stuff that doesn’t make news much. Only negative stuff does.
As Barry Commoner once said, “it is always possible to do a good thing stupidly.” Some biofuels people do, some don’t. Let’s try to promote those who don’t.
