We have a scrap-metal recycler, we have a small ansd large-size generator manufacturer in town both of which just laid off hundreds of people. I am sure that between federal grants and green-venture capitalist that it can be done. The Large scale windmills orders are out-pacing production. I am sure if we can make your design cheap enough and get some kind of fed tax credit we could sell alot to regular consumers. I am going to go to the Small Business administration, the local rotary club and see what we can come up with... I am over my head. I need help and leadership.
