Lights Out at 8

I’m swept up by the good karma wave of today’s conservation awareness effort. Who knew the Big Turn-off would be such a turn-on? In light of tonight’s event, I’ll be participating on a very local level, even though my hometown of NYC is not officially taking part. I hope that wherever you are, you do, too.
A candle junkie from way back, I’m totally prepared to make a striking statement of the glowing kind. Romance and intimacy may be the order of the night — firing up those eco torches of light, made from 100% beeswax or soy, with cotton wicks of course. We don’t want any nasty fumes polluting the air we breathe.
Not sure yet exactly what the night will entail…could keep it retro, and have an intimate game of cards — Crazy 8’s to kick things off. Could keep it calm and quiet, with essential oils and a relaxing massage with my Prince of Darkness. The thing is, this worldwide, eco dance of darkness need not take place but once a year. Follow your green heart to greener pastures. Lights Out at 8…see you then!
