worx cordless electric grass trimmer

worx1.jpgWeed whacking can be dirty business. If you’ve ever poured gasoline down your hi-tops, lost hearing in one ear, or pulled a triceps muscle struggling to start your whacker you may want to consider going battery-powered. Gasoline grass trimmers pack much more power than battery powered numbers but create a bunch of noise and air pollution, not to mention spilled gasoline, etc. Going electric and cordless can be both user- and eco-friendly.

This Worx 10 in. 18volt trimmer won the Popular Mechanics Editor’s Choice Award and has some nice features. It weighs less than a gallon of milk, has a no-bump auto-feed line system, push button start, charges in an hour and last for 45 minutes.
