Many years ago I gave a dear friend who was much more crafty than I am a bag of favorite old clothes that I couldn't use so that she could use the fabric in her crafts. She took some of it and made me a very favorite quilt for a holiday gift...all made from my favorite old clothes. It remains special to me to this day. There's so much potential to reuse old things in an effective manner. I love this concept.
