BG electric cars - What’s up with that?

I just happened upon the website of the new electric car manufacturing company, BG Automotive. A quick scan of their web page (yes it’s a single page) revealed that they’re introducing a new, a zero emissions, all-electric sedan in October 08, with a range of 80 to 150 miles. The car comes in a wide array of colors and will sell for around $16K.
Then came the zinger, a maximum speed of 25mph - I’ve discovered an electric car for driving exclusively in school zones.
High speed vehicles will be available in mid-2009. You might want to wait.
