I make sure i recycle all paper cardboard, clothes and buy most stuff which is recycled eg toilet rolls, paper etc.
I use energy bulbs and do not use hose pipe for the garden unless necessay.I walk most places if i can and we use one car only between the family. Make sure light and sockets off if not in use.

I am an environmentally aware pet owner who desperately needs a good vacuum. I have a cocker spanial and 4 cats ( two long haired!). This would be the best of both worlds…keeping my enviroment clean and helping the world’s environment. HOPE I WIN !!!! :)

“Kudos” to everyone who is going greener. Living in an apartment gives me more restrictions than being a home owner but this does not discourage me. I have switched from bottle water to filtered water from the faucet, changed out lightbulbs in my home, using greener cleaning supplies, and going down to a two car family to a one car family. I also have carried this over to my students in my classroom. We recycle what we can at school, use less paper by using back and front, and making consumerable workbooks into non-consumerable workbooks. Future plans include making my grocery bags out of old clothes.

Natural cleansers like vinegar and baking soda do a great job without harming the planet. I use reusable grocery bags, recycle and compost and try to conserve gas by driving much less. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

I never throw junk mail out if it has blank sides. I use it as note or scratch paper.
