Not only does NAU have sweet clothes for the city AND the backwoods, but they also go above and beyond in terms of sustainable production, a progressive workplace, and environmental support. Quite a few companies are part of 1% for the Planet (a great org by the way!), but NAU gives double that—2% towards environmental causes. Way to go!

Nau not only has comfortable clothing, but I love how insanely eco-friendly the stores are. I once went to the Bellevue store before it closed, and the amount of recycled material was awesome.
Nau’s style is hip, yet functional, and they make clothes that last. Its also encouraging, during this time of ridiculous CEO salaries to see that their top executive will never earn more than 12 times their lowest paid employee. Imagine what this country could look like if all companies did that!
Besides the fact that Nau is an extremely environmentally responsible company, I like that their clothing is durable, casual, comfortable, stylish, and above all else long-lasting.
