But regarding water, I think you&#039;re right in saying it&#039;s the public vs. private ownership that&#039;s a key issue. Should companies who produce for a profit (eg. cotton farmers) be allowed to use water that would be allocated for drinking - even if they pay enormous amounts of money to do so? Is that ethical?</description>
