According to the Nevada-based company, “all listings are personally reviewed prior to posting to ensure that all listings are truly energy efficient.” You can list your green, energy efficient home for $20/month, and apparently, realtors may place direct links to their Websites. The process looks fairly straightforward. You fill in a Listing Form with details regarding the specs of your home (heating/cooling/energy source/water source/windows/insulation), in addition to the usual info. After your listing is approved, you can upload your photos, and basically maintain the posting thereafter. Listed Green Homes is a member of Co-op America, the U.S. Green Building Council and Global Green USA. And the Website is hosted with one hundred percent solar power, natch.

Around here (Austin, Texas), there are all sorts of totally off the grid green houses. It is amazing that they are all so expensive.
