		<description>Raw foods certainly have a place in a healthful diet -- and certainly the fewer processed foods the better, but maybe we should be talking about whole foods rather than only raw foods. Some foods, like tomatoes, have nutrients that are more accessible after being cooked. Tomatoes will lose some Vit. C when cooked, but other goodness is released. The lesson as I see it, is whole foods in a balance between raw and cooked.</description>
