		<description>We are trying build cheaper but individualy designed (nice) eco homes in Sydney, Australia. Our packages starts under $200 000. Not sure how much houses mentioned above cost. We think that we should be able to build high quality eco homes for less money.

		<description>All these houses are great but the average home owner can make their home energy efficient too, simply by the installation of a solar powered system. They are much more affordable than you think.
