ZAP! Flashback from the past with this giveaway. I grew up with one of these! Clothes pin fights with my sisters while we hung up the clothes was the best (lol!). I one time had a friend comment on my sheets when she spent the night with me, said how good they smelled. They smelled good because they were line dried. I miss that smell so I am happily entering this contest to win.
Umbrella dryers are great because of #1 the enviroment yet they are also backyard space savers.
MMMMMMMMMMM fresh line dried clothes, sheets, I can smell the sunshine now.
Thank you for the chance.
This is the way to go,since we need to conserve electricity, and my dryer has ruined
so may of my clothes by shrinking them or
tearing them.I would love to use this solar
clothes dryer. Please enter me and thanks for the giveaway
In the winter I dry our clothes indoors in front of our pellet stove.
I love air drying our laundry!
The last time I looked cloytheslines were illegal in our town! Maybe one could sneak this umbrella around the blue law!
Nice prize. Thanks!
This would be great!
I hate using my clothes dryer! It uses so much electricity. I had one of these wonderful umbrella clothes lines when I lived overseas and I loved it!

There is nothing better than the smell of clothes fresh off the clothes line. This is also great after swimming if you don’t feel like washing right away you can hang suits and towels out to dry. Awesome giveaway.
I have the perfect spot for this! And with all our summer sun, I would save a bundle drying outside.
I dont have one and so I tumble dry everything using so much electricity. I also like the fact that clothes get fresh air !
Wow – this is wild! First let me say that I love Gaiam – just about everything they carry is on my wish list.
Second, we have a tweo-flat and a Dutch couple are renting the 2nd floor for three years. They missed their Umbrella Clothes Dryer from back home so much they actually built a make-shirt version in our back yard! We use it too – and love it! It is both ECO and ECONO Friendly.
It would be so marvelous for us all to have the real thing this year! We’d all be thrilled!
I like the Umbrella Dryer because it’s eco-friendly. It suits my lifestyle because it saves money since it doesn’t require electricity to operate.
This suits my lifestyle because I like anything that’s eco friendly and that helps Mother Earth. I also like that I can save space that’s always a Plus. Thank you kindly! skyxsky27(at)gmail.com

What is there not to love about the Umbrella Clothes Dryer?! This takes me back to my childhood when we would hang clothes outside whether is was 98 degress or 28 degrees. I would love to win this. Thanks!
I like it because it dries without energy costs. It suits me because we try to lower our energy use.
When we first moved into our home, (over 20 years ago!), we had a clothesline from the previous owner. Over the years, it has come down, and my clothes are dryed inside in the dryer. It would be so nice to win this and to, once again, be able to use the sun instead of the electricity. Thanks for this chance.
I like that it has adjustable height, that way I can put it up beyond the dog’s reach.
I’d love to have one of these space and energy saver dryers in our yard.
I have nowhere to dry jeans, and I just love jeans that have been hung to dry. This would allow me to walk around in bliss-inducing jeans that smell like sunshine! Thanks.
I would love to stop using my chaise lounge chair as a quasi-clothesline. Count me in!
I need a new one. My old one got damaged from the snow!
I like it because it is compact and it rotates. It suits my lifestyle because I want to be environmentally conscious and save energy. Drying clothes outside also eliminates chemicals.
My family goes through a lot of laundry and my electric bill is ridiculous. I bet if I had one of these my bill would take a nice drop. At our last house we used to hang our clothes on the fence this would be a nice upgrade. Thanks for the giveaway:)
One very important advantage is that natural drying doesn’t shrink and/or shred your clothes… ;)
One advantage is the amount of electricity that is saved by drying outside. The best part is laundry smells fresh.
This is great! I would love to air dry my clothes and there are no trees or anything to hang a clothes line outside. Thanks for the great giveaway!
I have a lot of delicate clothes that don’t do well in the dryer and living in Texas, we have more than enough sun to sun dry these items.
I love the smell of clothes dried out in the sun :)
I would love it because I would have to use electricity.
Wow that would be an excellent way to dry clothes in the hot Texas sun!
I like it because it is compact and it suits my lifestyle because I am trying to be ecofriendly
Whoooaa! Nice giveaway.. please count me in!!!
this is fantastic. we used to live in Morocco and we dried all of our clothes outside. Sadly, Morocco sells much better outdoor clothes drying devices than the States. Until now. Me, please!
Hi I am Randall B from Oklahoma, I recently won the Umbrella Clothes Line, this is such an incredible product and idea. I can not explain how grateful I am to have won the Umbrella Clothes Line. Easy assemble was a joke, there was no assemble just sit the pole in the hole we pressed in the ground and voila. I am so mechanically challenged but even I could put it together, but that isn’t the best part. We have an electric clothes dryer which is feeling very lonely at the moment and will continue to do so. We wash our clothes and place them on the clothes line, they smell so nice and are virtually wrinkle-free, I am guessing Mother Nature has a little hand in that part, but we would have never discovered it, until we tried the clothes line. We are in love. If people don’t own one of these it is worth every penny for one, it has brightened our clothes and our green atmosphere we are creating. THANK YOU THANK YOU. You are the best, and Thank You Gaiam. We love you. If you have not tried this product, go to GAIAM.COM and order quickly — you won’t be disappointed.
Hi Randall,
You made my day. I enjoy line drying my clothes as well…it’s funny how something so simple can change your lifestyle! i’m sure i’ll be thinking of you every time i reach for a clothes pin:)
I live in an apartment so I can not hang clothes on a umbrella rack.. I have found the perfect alternative. I use a portable clothes drying rack that I can put on my patio in nice weather and I can use in my kitchen over night.
Yes, now I have room for it will come in handy at my new place.
I would love to have one. the thing is I live in a rented apartment and they do not allow outdoor “exposure” how should I settle the matter? I do not think people will be willing to take my cause. Got used to the easy way, no one will convince them to go green=”back”. So many nice and wonderful scented memories. from the sun, wind and frost.Aaaaahhhhh!
