Prices: from around $70k for a studio, to $270K for a 4 bedroom/4 bath design. Site costs are, of course, additional. They also offer a full range of customizations.

Great house! I want one! I keep seeing these amazing sustainable prefabs, and it really makes me want to just buy a piece of land (when that stage of life gets here), and placing a nice pre-fab on it. Looks great!
