We've posted on devices like the Solar Gorilla - http://www.alternativeconsumer.com/2008/11/24/solargorilla-solar-charger-for-laptops-more/
EarthTech has some options but they're not small or cheap.
http://www.earthtechproducts.com/p2563.html

A Canadian company also has solutions:

I am also excited about the solar power to run my computer but haven’t found a panel that cna handle the power needed; all I’m seen run Ipods, or smaller devices. Can you provide a resource for a panel that could supply enough power for my laptop and printer/fax?

I collect old trunks, including the old “steamer trunks” like the one shown. I tried to restore the interior but it was too badly damaged to make it valuable. I think this trunk-office is a great idea for my bedroom, since I have an alcove I want to put my office in but don’t want that to be a focal point of the room. Converting mine to an office would limit the possible office-spillover since I would need to keep it contained and would also allow me to display the trunk I am so found of. Is there a detailed plan to help me convert mine to this wonderful office? I am also excited about the solar power to run my computer but haven’t found a panel that cna handle the power needed; all I’m seen run Ipods, or smaller devices. Can you provide a resource for a panel that could supply enough power for my laptop and printer/fax?

Here's a solar charger that works for computers and small devices. Nice clam shell design so it can travel with you. Haven't tested it.
