		<description>That certainly is an exotic looking hybrid - reminiscent of a sci-fi movie prop. It will be interesting to see those on the road. I have seen a number of these PTV&#039;s lately but this has to be the most futuristic of the bunch and with the two wheels in front rather than the traditional design of one in front and two in back it certainly has an eye catching look.</description>
