Stylish vegan footwear can be found at different price points these days — both online and in stores. Here are a few that caught my eye.

I stopped into Moo Shoes the other day and picked up these classic black booties (above) from Olsen House. Quality craftsmanship and materials – versatile and comfy – great for skinny tights, jeans, or skirts. The Luck Boot, above, ($215). Check out Olsen’s eco green philosophy and truths about how conventional shoe-making effects animals.

How does Madden Girl keep prices down and style up? By using synthetic materials that are not as durable as higher quality faux fabrics. Case in point, the lightweight, Sheldun Boot from Madden Girl, above, ($65) @ mooshoes.com

The Vegan Dress Boot in dark brown or black, by NeuAura, above L, ($175) @ veganchic.com
Jumping onto the vegan bandwagon is Old Navy – Old Leather Harness Boots, in 2 different shades of brown, above R, ($34.50) @ oldnavy.com

I like the Olsen House shoes because they’re not just vegan, but thinking about the environment– there are a lot of synthetic shoes out there that are technically vegan but made with terrible materials (I’ve even seen warnings on one shoe website saying that particular shoes don’t meet California toxics laws…)
that is very good!
