Saturday night’s goblin fest should be all about fun. If you’ve procrastinated like I have, here are a few greenish ideas that may help get you inspired.

- (above) Need a little help with a sexy costume? AliceInWonderland Hearts Mini Tutu ($35) from etsy’s MTcoffinzUnderground.

- (above) Decorations to die for – Instant Cemetery Display ($35) Crafted by Crafterella, a set of 17 hand drawn tombstones (2.5″ to 7″ tall) to grace your hallowgreen den. Made of paper, mounted on foam core with collapsible easel backs…not for outdoor use. Carefully light these babies with surrounding glass-enclosed candles, or use a string of holiday (LED) candles to max out on an eerie atmosphere. Then tuck away in accompanying matching tin for future reuse.

- (above) a head topper for your pumpkin head – 100 percent organic cotton knit pumpkin hat from lovebugknits, ($20). wear all season long and then pass along to the next lucky little ‘kin.

- (right) put on a happy green face or look like the star of Wicked – go all natural and DIY. (via: green halloween).
recipe and directions: - 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp all natural diaper rash cream
- 1 to 2 drops natural/organic food coloring
In a small bowl, mix water & cornstarch. Add baby cream & food color and mix a little more.
(right) Vegan & organic treats for the sweets – chocolate covered peanut butter bites by Sjaak from cosmo’s vegan shop. Raised on a healthy dose of Reese’s peanut butter cups, these bites are my fantasy treats. Also lots of other vegan treats, but sorry gummy bear lovers, the gelatin free gb’s are currently sold out.
