After a nice Christmas meal, we spent the afternoon taking in the cold fresh air of Massachusetts. The rugrats led us through a trail in the woods to a frozen lake. After a couple of hours, our fingers and toes were feeling pretty cold so we set out to make a quick bonfire. Dried grass, twigs, and tree limbs were crackling in the flash of a couple of well placed matches. Back home tonight, all cozy and warm, we lit some candles and enjoyed the soft glow while drifting down memory lane.

Here’s a pretty, tiny lantern to add a touch of nature and warmth to your winter nights at home; handmade from plant fiber and skeleton leaves @ UK-based, pacha design.
