UPDATE: It’s official – Congratulations to our winners, Christine F of New Castle, DE and Paul H of Beaverton, OR. Thanks to everyone for participating…(the original post follows)
This week’s giveaway is sponsored by our friends at Nau — we’re giving away 2 eco fabulous Dual Citizen Hoodies made of certified 100% organic cotton — one men’s and one women’s; (retail value, $150/each).

This spring, add a cool and comfy layer in a super soft dual-layer organic cotton hoody. This jersey knit has natural stretch for ease of movement. Check out the hand pockets — they zip close for keeping that valuable stuff, safe. And the top stitching details at hem and cuffs add casual style.

1. Style or Substance? How about both? I first look for a garment with substance, then narrow it down to style. Nau and Horny Toad are two of my favorite brands, so it’s not too hard to find something with both style and substance!
2. I like the b2 long sleeve snap… because I already have it!
Substance. I look for natural fabrics when I buy.
I like the juxta v stripe top

1. Style! It has to look good or else I’m not going to wear it, no matter how fab it may be.
2. I heart the profile fleece hoody. Love the pockets!
1) I would say style and comfort are more important to me. Unfortunately, I probably would not take the time to look for a similar style that is more eco-friendly, simply because I know I would be paying twice the price. I hope someday that we will see more organic and eco-friendly products resonably priced so that more people can enjoy them.
2) My favorite item from the Men’s 2010 Spring Collection at nau.com is the Rebound Jacket.
I can’t just say one or the other, style and substance are equally important to me. I love the Modus Trench.

Style is more important to me. I would not take the time to track down an eco friendly item.
My favorite item from the spring line is from Woman’s Shirts juxta v stripe.
1. I enjoy style, if it doesn’t look good on you, what’s the point?
2. I like the b2 long sleeve snap.
I would say substance, but I tend to try to find things used. If I can’t find what I like used, then I try to find them in shops that I support. I, too, like the look of the b2 long sleeve snap. Thanks!
I love the m1 short sleeve henley stripe tee.
And of couse I look for eco friendly clothing all the time but with three kids and one income sometimes there’s not an option in the budget. :)
1. I think it really has to be a balance between style and substance…but ultimately…if it isn’t comfortable with long wearing power..it just isn’t worth the purchase.
2. I love the Shroud of Purrin trench and jacket!
The A-line cut on the trench is a great style choice…I especially like the collar on both of these.

1. Substance is more important. If cotton, it should be organic, and it should be a fair trade product if not produced in the USA. How clothing is made, and who made it, and how that person was treated, is much more important to me now than anything else. Finding clothes made with attention to the environment and the workers producing them, in fabulous designs would be awesome.
2. From Nau’s Spring line for women, I really like the Striped Juxta V Stripe short-sleeved henley.
This is probably not the best forum to admit this, but Style is more important to me. If a garment isn’t eco friendly, I doubt that I would take the time to look for a similar style that is. 2) My favorite Nau item from the new spring line is the merino2 wool dress.

1. what its made of is more important
2 merino2 wool dress is sexy
1. I agree, I think we should be able to have both!!!! But I do look for the fabric, substance first….that speaks directly to the comfort of the piece.
2. I love, love ,love the Glimpse dress!!!!
I like woman’s m2 long sleeve scoop.
1) Style and fit are the most important factors when buying outterware. If a garment is not eco friendly I will always search for a better alternative but it is not always a deciding factor in my final purchase.
2) The Down hoody is my favoirte SP10 item!
1. Substance. Having discovered the multi-benefits of natural and recycled fabrics, I won’t settle for just style anymore.
2. I really like the asym two-ply long sleeve top.
Style is definitely more important to me. Until recently, eco clothing just wasn’t what I would consider “on trend.” Luckily, companies like Nau are redefining that image. Love the Chrysalis Stripe Dress from the spring line.
i prefer substance and my favorite item is the bi-carious shirt
1-The profile fleece hoody because I ride my bike in the morning and this is keeps the chill out and the style in. 2-I like the quality, comfort and feel of the fabric.
Substance is most important to me, although I do care about style. I like to look good! But if it’s not eco-friendly, I’m not spending money on it. My favorite piece from the spring Nau line is the chrysalis dress stripe!

I would have to say that I would not take the time to find a similar style in eco-friendly. With 4 kids and 1 income, our clothing budget is pretty slim. I like the modus tench.
Style and comfort are most important to me. I wouldn’t try to track down an eco friendly item.
The profile fleece hoody looks awesome!
:) Thank you for the wonderful giveaway! :)
1. I look for what it is made of.
2. I love the Glimpse dress.
A MENS VICE BLAZER
substance is important not only in eco friendly, but in quality and functionality because if you have something that lasts and serves it’s purpose well, you limit your impact on the environment.
i like the urbane jackiet big time.
If a garment isn’t eco-friendly I definitely look for a similar option, I prefer natural fabrics so it’s an easy choice! All of the shirts at Nau are adorable, but I particularly like the Bi-Carious Shirt.
1. Style or Substance? Substance. I only consider buying eco friendlily.
!
2. I like the b2 long sleeve snap!
Substance is definitely more important than style to me. Even if I like the style of an article of clothing, if it isn’t made from eco-friendly materials, I will not buy it. I will try to seek out something similar that is eco-friendly.
I like the Shroud of Purrin Trench.
Thanks for the chance to win!

I Love the Randy goat Hoodie – looks so comfy.
Substance is very important to me, but I also love a good style. When the two can merge together, it is the best of both worlds. Nau does a great job of doing just that.
I’d like to say substance because that’s the ‘right answer’ but I shop more for style. Extra points if both are available and the price is reasonable. I’m waiting for the day when eco-friendly products are available at a more competitive rate – then I’ll go all the way.
My favorite item is the men’s slack-er jeans.
Twitter follower ky2here1.
I like the indulgent hoody. If the item I really liked was not ecofriendly, I would still get it.

I go for style and my favorite item is the juxta v stripe.
I like the Versu Blazer.
