Two carts, two bikes, three dudes and eco-friendly coffee on the go!  On my nightly web browsing (aka killing time), I came across a post about an ingenious business started by three, Brooklyn-based coffee-holics.

The three amigos ride around on bikes connected to rickshaws that transform into a mobile coffee bar, serving up fresh coffee (hot and cold!) — partially powered by their might — legs that heat water and arms to grind their coffee beans.  And for just $2.50 a cup!  Coffee for the green-minded doesn’t get much better than this.

The KickstandBrooklyn.com coffee boys are typically found perking up parks (McCarren Park), local crafts fairs and wherever good, fresh coffee is in need.  Follow the Kickstand Cart on twitter @KickstandCoffee to see where they’ll show up next.  I wish I were in Brooklyn now just to see and try it.  If you’re in the area, make sure to pay them a visit and let us know about that cup of joe!
