UDPDATE: It’s official – Congratulations to our lucky winner, Sharon McCloud! Thanks to everyone for participating. Our next Giveaway begins next week so stay tuned…(original post follows):
Tired of looking like a shlump with mismatched reusable bags in the grocery store? Looking for stylish bags that can also carry books, dry cleaning or miscellaneous items while traveling? Then Ecozuri is for you!

We were given a complimentary FORGET ME NOT set, which we love; and now we’re giving away an Ecozuri FORGET ME NOT SET of chic, compact and versatile totes + accessories.
Zuri means “good and beautiful” in Swahili, a language spoken in East Africa – Ecozuri bags are aptly named — they’re eco smart, hip and stylish.

You’ll love the colors, feel and design of these lightweight, washable and foldable bags. The bags are made from 100% rPET (recycled plastic bottles) that are certified collected and processed in the USA. Each of the six bags included in the set holds up to 50 pounds.
Used individually, one easily slides into your pocket or attaches to your keychain. Used as a set of 3 or 6 – it’s perfect for guys, women or your entire family.

Forget Me Not comes with 2 pouches. Each pouch contains 3 bags in an array of handsome hues — orange, green and blue; gold, green and brown. There’s a caribiner on the outside pouch that conveniently attaches to your purse, messenger bag, backpack or carryall. If you’re famous for leaving your reusable bags in the car, there are 2 Forget Me Not reminders that you can velcro to the steering wheel:)
Prize Value: $38.95 + free shipping to anywhere in the USA or Canada. A socially responsible company, Ecozuri contributes 10% of their online retail sales to support schools in rural Africa through www.bricksandbooks.org and www.imbaseni.org.

The most interesting thing on the site is ideas for the complete set – use the door hanger as a reminder, or to hold your bags, or to hold plastic shopping bags if you still get any. And more ideas to use the steering wheel reminder cover on your fridge or on the handles of the bags. Great ideas!

I would love to win these as our landfills being polluted with all those plastic and paper bags is just not my cup of tea. It is also a plus that you are giving back to Africa!

I like that you can clip them on your purse strap. They fold up so nicely. No bulky bags.
I like the Vibrant bags. I applaud the helping of the children.
I love having matching bags. Plus the adorable small size packaging is really nice since it doesn’t take up much room in the trunk. I also, posted on facebook that I love the bags. I’ve been bringing my own bags to grocery stores since 1971. I had a roommate who was into recycling and that is how my passion for recycling began.
I love the name, love their choice of colors and design and I especially love that they are 100% recycled!
the forget-me-not reminders are awesome. I am forever forgetting my bags in the house or in the car…and, the bags are pretty useless if i forget them.
As someone who runs a nonprofit, non-governmental organization that deals with human trafficking and human rights, I have deep respect for anyone who has done volunteer work. The founder of Ecozuri has done amazing work with starting this company after returning from her volunteer work in East Africa, a region in which I have a special interest because of the field in which I work. Her passion, determination, motivation, and compassion are enough to make a huge difference in this world that truly needs people like her. This is only one of the myriad things that interest me in Ecozuri!! I also respect and appreciate the company’s commitment to the environment and Mother Earth. I love that the company participates in African projects. And I also like that the projects are custom and hand made. Keep up the amazing work!!
I love that they share their profits with deserving organizations and that the bags are stylish and convenient!

I think it’s a very clever marketing strategy for Ecozuri to address businesses and suggest ways for them to adopt green or eco-friendly promotional products into their advertising and marketing campaigns.

Love that they are 100% recycled material
Everything about these bags interests me! I have a couple of lightweight, compact bags that I use all the time. I would LOVE to have more, especially recycled ones, since I use them for so many things besides shopping.
i really love the charity aspect of the company.
that’s so awesome: anyone can sell you a reusuable bag, but it’s really interesting to find out about the background!
Cool bags. I use bags all the time & it would be great to have some that are less of a store ad. The fold up aspect would make it so easy to always have 1 or 2 with you. Very, very cool!
i love that all bags are stylish and made out of recycled plastic!
