Founded by USC grad Brent Freeman, Roozt.com, a hip online shopping platform – hatches at high noon today. Community minded and cause-based, you’ll be able to find cool deals of the day from companies that are certified in at least one of the following ways: eco friendly, ethical, humanitarian and community conscious. Hopefully, we’ll find many companies meeting all four socially responsible criteria.
With free sign-up, the deal of the day promises “responsible shopping” on limited quantities of snazzy merchandise discounted 50-80% off retail. For every purchase made, Roozt.com will donate 1% of the purchase price to the non-profit of your choice. Scheduled to kick off today at 12n, EST – we’re rooting for a touchdown. more @ roozt.com/
