Hey, did you know that every year, there is a billion and a half bushels of corn sitting in silos, unused, unsold? This year, we harvested 12.5 billion bushels and like every year, there is leftover. It’s all cow corn so….
Food is not about how much we can grow. As a permaculturist, I can tell you we can grow plenty of food. It’s about who has money to pay for it. It’s about commodities and speculation and other things.
BTW your engine will not be damaged by e15. Our cars have been made to run on some ethanol since fuel injection. A little more won’t do any harm.
