Sander Architects created this 4,500sf elongated home for a couple who owns a 40-acre horse breeding ranch in Oregon. The site encompasses a large pond and a striking views of a magnificent butte, Smith Rock and distant mountains.

The couple contacted Sander after they fell in love with another of the firm’s home designs that they saw featured in Dwell magazine. Sander specializes in Hybrid House designs that marry the efficiencies of prefab construction and high design.
