As explained by Tie-ups, the bio collection is made from a material called, Apinat, which is a bioplastic derived from organic products. Thanks to their natural origin, when placed in controlled composting they are decomposed by microorganisms that assimilate and transform them into simple elements such as H2O, CO2, CH4 and biomass. These elements can become part of the natural cycle once again. The final compost can be considered as fertile soil devoid of pathogenic microbes and putrescent material.
