Here’s a Tried and True Review for anyone who loves shoes and their feet … We received 2 complimentary ToeSox products: a pair of Ultra Sport ankle sox and Five Toe Sandals – they’re designed to help strengthen feet. Gimmick? I think not…
Toes and feet are sexy. Did you know that each foot contains approximately: 26 bones, 20 muscles, 33 joints and 100 ligaments? Keep them in tip-top condition. I stretch the space between my little toes during my yoga practice. It’s challenging. Anyone with squishy toe syndrome (my terminology), probably knows what I mean. So for extra conditioning when off the mat … enter ToeSox.

Five Toe Sandals – (above) they’re just like flip flops but with 4 elastic bands that help separate toes. At first, my left foot felt a bit uncomfortable but after a minute, the sensation dissipated. They’ve become my go-to indoor flip-flops. (When I enter my home, I remove my shoes – it helps keep my home, cleaner). My toes feel energized, and my footbed loves the thick sole. These babies run small – I normally wear a size 6.5 shoe, but I’m a 7 in this sandal. Yogini style $24; wedge $27. Other attributes:
- Spreading of the toes encourages stronger foot muscles and increased blood circulation
- Stronger feet improves posture and balance
The Ultra Sport ankle low ToeSox – After using these sox, you’ll never want to wear any other while playing or exercising. Worn either around the house as a slipper or tucked into my running shoes: they’re super comfy and surprisingly, not bulky. Toes don’t feel cramped, and remain relatively dry. Ankle style $15/pair; crew $16. Other attributes:
- ToeSox allow you to easily spread your toes and provide wiggle room
- helps eliminate blisters by reducing moisture and friction between toes
- strengthens muscles and ligaments in foot
- Cocona technology utilizes recycled coconut shells (not husks) for wicking
- This Natural Technology is infused into recycled polyester yarns
- Sox retain high-performance over the life of the product
I’d definitely recommend these nifty products to anyone who wants to take really good care of their feet. As with any exercise, in the long run, you’re happy you did it. find various styles & pricing info @ toesox.com.
