reclaimed ceiling tin chandelier

Cassidy Brush and her design company, Urban Chandy, create some great lighting fixtures from a variety of salvaged and reclaimed materials. Chandeliers feature salvaged tin and copper ceiling tiles (above and bottom) and reclaimed barn wood (below).

The folks at Urban Chandy scour the countryside for found and salvaged materials to create their unique handmade lighting fixtures. The reclaimed barnwood chandelier (directly above) features a distressed white finish – and includes several pieces of dangling sea glass to enhance its bright ‘beachy’ appeal.

Most of Urban Chandy’s pieces are illuminated by retro-feeling, clear glass Edison light bulbs (bulbs included) that hang in a pendant-like fashion creating the funky chandelier design.

Owner Cassidy Brush created her first chandelier as a DIY project (inspiration perhaps?) and hasn’t looked back since.

Urban Chandy makes its home in Brooklyn and ships to the USA, Canada and the EU.
